All funds are maintained in separate accounts in the association's name and we recommend that each association undergo an annual external audit by an independent Certified Public Accountant.

Waccamaw Management also offers multiple financial services for the payment of assessments. This program allows owners the convenience of paying their assessment via check, automatic bank draft, credit card, e-check or electronic bill pay. Our financial service to the association includes the daily postings of payments and real time access to individual account status information.
