Maintenance

Candidates must be able to provide exceptional service to home owners and the community. General maintenance and pool experience are desired. In this role the on-site maintenance candidate is responsible for:

Daily Maintenance
  • Clean pool area and restrooms, test pool water
  • Walk grounds for litter pick up
  • Clean grill areas
  • Keep dumpster areas clean
  • Empty pet waste stations as needed
  • Empty trash cans as needed
  • Walk all floors of assigned buildings to identify issues
  • Mop and clean stainless steel in elevators of assigned buildings
Weekly Maintenance
  • Deep clean two assigned buildings
  • De-web all floors
  • Blow hallways and stairwells or spray with hose
  • Remove and clean light lens
  • Check all lights and emergency lights
  • Remove dust and dirt from hallways fixtures
  • Wipe down railings
  • Check elevator pit sump pump, remove any water
  • De-web assigned garage
Monthly Maintenance
  • Check firemen's key for proper operation and sign off on log
  • Wipe down fence at assigned pool area
Requirements:
  • Valid SC Drivers License
  • Be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Walk bend stoop climb and work safely around water and on a ladder or in confined spaces.

Hours:
Mon - Fri 7am to 4pm & monthly weekend rotation
