Customer Care Center Specialist

Candidate must have a professional and welcoming demeanor as this role is a representation of our company and the clients we serve. Candidate must be able to multitask by managing our front desk, answering a multi-phone line system as well as greeting customers and clients. Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be a resourceful problem solver who can stay calm under pressure. Ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office and easily adapt to internal software programs. Additional administrative duties include preparation of client informational packets, correspondence, fax, file, mailing and operation of postage machine.
