Administrative Support

Administrative candidates support Property Manager with an extensive portfolio; candidate must be a professional, positive team player as this role is a representation of the company and the community.

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to effectively manage multiple calendars, meet deadlines, coordinate monthly/annual meetings and prepare minutes. This is an active support role, candidates must be able to multitask; time management is a key factor for success in this role.
