Association management now requires same day response to financial, administrative, and/or maintenance inquiries. The job must be done promptly and correctly the first time. Our Association Managers are expected to earn their CMCA designations at a minimum, and most are on track to earn their PCAM designation. Waccamaw Management, LLC, AAMC provides the necessary time off and fully underwrites all approved continuing education for staff members. We maintain memberships and actively participate in CAI (Community Association Institute). Staff meetings are held each week with professionals or service providers invited to keep us updated on industry changes and trends. We are involved in the national professional organization CAI (Community Associations Institute). Professional certifications and accreditations achieved by the company and key staff members include two PCAMs (Professional Community Association Manager), the highest level of achievement awarded by CAI; one AMS (Association Management Specialist), and two CMCAs (Certified Manager of Community Associations) awarded by CAI.
