Waccamaw Management Company Property Management provides a complete range of accounting and administrative services such as the collecting of assessments, disbursement of funds in payment of invoices, and assisting the Board of Directors in development of the annual budget. Other duties performed by WMC include financial tax and information correspondence, annual audit preparation, owner correspondence, and assisting the Board in the development and enforcement of the rules and regulations for the Association. Waccamaw Management Facilities Maintenance Division coordinates daily maintenance of the community roads, garage and parking areas, as well as daily monitoring of the pool chemicals and pool facilities for cleanliness, including the bathroom facilities, pool decks and furniture. We pride ourselves in the fact that our pools have NEVER been closed by DHEC.
In addition, our maintenance department collects trash daily in parking and pool areas, performs monthly inspections of properties for needed repairs, and obtains and oversees subcontractors for association repairs and improvements.Waccamaw Managements Landscaping division provides weekly mowing and weeding of lawns and plant beds, trash pickup of landscaped areas, monthly monitoring of irrigation systems, and twice yearly edging of flower beds and flower installation which also includes the pruning of trees and shrubs, lawn treatments for disease, fungi, etc., and annual rye seed application. In addition, the Landscaping division selects and oversees any landscape subcontractors that may be needed for projects throughout the year.
