Q 1. What hours are Waccamaw Management Company offices open?

A 1. Waccamaw Managment Administrative offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. The Facilities Maintenance Division office is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm.

Q 2. Where is Waccamaw Management Company located?

A 2. The office is located on the corner of Martin Luther King Road and Maintenance Road in Pawleys Island, SC. From the Litchfield By The Sea guard gate take 17 South. At the second light make a right on Martin Luther King Road. Waccamaw Management is one mile on the right.

Q 3. How do I get car decals/passes into my property?

A 3. Homeowners may pick up car decals at the Waccamaw Management office or by submitting a decal form online. Decals are available to property owners and immediate family only.

For temporary guest passes you may contact Waccamaw Management, the Litchfield By The Sea guard gate, or email a request online.

The first two decals per property for Litchfield By the Sea homeowners are free. Each additional decal is $3.00. Please make checks payable to Litchfield By The Sea.

Inlet Point South and Reserve homeowners should contact Waccamaw Management for a car decal application and decal fees.

Q 4. Who can I contact if I need someone to check my unit when I am away?

A 4. Homeowners that live within a community managed by Waccamaw Management may contact our Facility Maintenance Division at (843)237-7767 to request an inspection of their unit.

Waccamaw Management offers an Annual Interior Maintenance Program to all homeowners within Litchfield By The Sea. This program includes a monthly inspection of the unit as well as a variety of other services for a small annual fee.

Q 5. Who sets the Rules and Regulations for my association?

A 5. The Board of Directors for each individual Association helps set the rules and regulations for its community. These rules are enforced through a joint effort of the Board and Waccamaw Management Company.

Q 6. Where can I store my boat and RV when I visit Litchfield By-the-Sea?

A 6. As there are no provisions at Litchfield By the Sea for the parking of boats and recreational vehicles. Owners and guests who arrive at Litchfield By the Sea after storage facilities are closed will be allowed to park at the Litchfield By the Sea Beach Club parking area for a 24-hour period when space is available. Please see the Litchfield By the Sea guard gate for availability, directions and fees.

Q 7. Where do I get hurricane evacuation information?

A 7. Waccamaw Management has evacuation maps available from the South Carolina Department of Transportation. Please stop by the Waccamaw Management office or email propertymanagement@waccamawmanagement.com for more details.

Q 8. What is the bulk rate cable and trash program?

A 8. Litchfield By The Sea offers both a bulk rate cable and trash program for the residents of Litchfield By the Sea, River Club, Willbrook Plantation and The Reserve. Please refer to the Maintenance & Info Request section on this site for more details.

Q 9. How do I set up an automatic draft payment plan for my monthly assessments?

A 9. Waccamaw Management offers an automatic draft payment of monthly assessments for communities managed by Waccamaw Management. For more details on how to get started on this program please contact us at (843)237-9551 or (800)537-0641 toll free.

Q 10. Who do I need to speak with if I wish to build a new home or make an architectural change to my home?

A 10. All new construction and home modifications within Litchfield By The Sea, Inlet Point South, River Club, Willbrook Plantation, and The Reserve need be presented to and approved by the Architectural Review Board. Ricky Horne is the ARB Administrator and can answer any questions you may have. Please contact him at the Waccamaw Management office at (843)237-9551 locally or (800)537-0641 toll free.

Q 11. How do I submit a maintenance request?

A 11. If you would like to report a maintenance issue within your community such as a fallen street sign, pothole, downed tree, etc. you may call the Waccamaw Management Facilities Maintenance office at (843)237-7767 or submit a request online.

If you are having a maintenance issue within your home you may contact a local contractor or call Waccamaw Management Facilities Maintenance. WMC Facilities Maintenance offers an Annual Interior Maintenance Program for homeowners. For more information on this program please see the Maintenance and Info Request section on this site.
